What does the Rorschach Z score reflect?

A comparison is made of the Z scores of a group of executives and lower occupation groups. Z distinguished between executive and junior executive groups, but could not distinguish between skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled groups. Z reflects some of the characteristics of top level management.
