Zusammenfassung:A study investigated the isochron Re-OS age of gold from the Mayskoe gold-quartz vein deposit in Northern Karelia. The obtained estimation of the ReOs isochron age of gold 397 15 Ma (Devonian) from the May skoe deposit is much lower than the Paleoproterozoic and Mesoproterozoic ages of premineral metasomatic rocks and the assumed Mesoproterozoic age of the ore formation.
