Zusammenfassung:A new method for albumin fluorophotometry in human ocular fluids (aqueous humour and tear fluid) with a K-35 fluorescent probe is proposed. The method provides measurements of albumin concentration and fluorescence parameters characterising properties of binding centres of the albumin molecule. There was a strong correlation between albumin concentrations determined by fluorescent method proposed by us and by electrophoresis of ocular fluid proteins. This method can be used for the analysis of ocular fluid albumin and the state of the tissue-blood barriers.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
