Current and future business enterprises can attain success through activities by which modern management approaches rather than conventional ones are conducted, management procedures are carried out via a proactive approach, change and innovation are continually followed up, innovations are implemented to lead to consequences which make a difference, and all the above said are combined with a strong organizational culture in the light of a shared vision. In a business life where strong competition prevails, companies will be able to achieve sustainable success and be the upper hand in competition not only through the quality and differences of their products and services but also by turning innovation into a business culture and by conducting innovation management, a rather crucial and modern management approach for companies in their business structure, management concept, and in all other courses of business that have to do with the internal and external environment of the company. The findings of this study aimed at determining the implementation of innovation management that is of utmost importance to businesses have revealed that innovation management is currently being conducted in five and four star hotels that operate in Alanya.
