ChemInform Abstract: Phase Stability, Structures and Properties of the (Bi2)m (Bi2Te3)n Natural Superlattices

BixTe1‐x compounds are prepared from the elements (quartz tubes, 250—475 °C, 3—10 d) and characterized by powder XRD, electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, and magnetoresistance measurements.
