ChemInform Abstract: Copper-Catalyzed Double Borylation of Silylacetylenes: Highly Regio- and Stereoselective Synthesis of syn-Vicinal Diboronates

In the presence of copper catalyst, silylacetylene and aryl‐substituted alkynylsilanes undergo regio‐ and stereoselective bis‐borylation to afford products of type (III)/(V).
