ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis of Polyfluorinated ortho-Alkynylanilines

A diversity of polyfluorinated ortho‐alkynylanilines (IV), versatile building blocks for diverse polyfluorobenzo‐fused azaheterocycles, is prepared by means of Sonogashira coupling reaction of polyfluorinated ortho‐iodoanilines (II) with terminal alkynes (III).
