Zusammenfassung:Gold nanostructures obtained by laser ablation in solution are functionalized with antibodies for two tumor‐associated antigens (PSMA and PSCA) overexpressed by prostate cancer cells and are incubated with cancer cells expressing one of the antigens, both or none. SERRS multiplexing measurements allow their identification and show a great targeting specificity.
