Zusammenfassung:Skin and muscle tissue was then separated and assayed for total protein content by BCA assay, and the inflammation biomarkers interferon-γ, interleukin (IL)-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-18, monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP-1), growth-related oncogene/KC, tumor necrosis factor α, and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor were assayed by Luminex (Luminex Corp, Austin, TX).
