Maternal stress and global DNA methylation in placenta and umbilical cord blood

Utilizing a newly established birth cohort, in which both placental tissue and cord blood specimens were collected for analysis, we used Luminometric Methylation Assay (LUMA) to measure global DNA methylation on these 50 subjects' paired tissues.
