Zusammenfassung:This paper aims on presenting that is worth to glimpse a humanistic philosophy up from the theoretical writings, during Marx's youth period, produced from 1841 to 1845, since there is an acquaintanceship that the intent is to end with freedom of individualist metaphysical humanism defended by the liberal-bourgeois thought. On the literary work named 'Jewish Issue', Marx criticizes the human rights foreseen on 2nd clause from French Proclamation, 1793, concluding that they are, indeed, the rights of a selfish man, who makes part of a bourgeois society and sees only himself and his own interests. Nevertheless, Marx's search for defining ways that lead to human freedom shows the dimension of humanism on his work.
