Zusammenfassung:Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the differential diagnosis of adrenal adenomas and malignant tumors, especially in cases with atypical adenomas. On visual evaluation of dynamic MRI, early-phase contrast enhancement patterns were homogeneous in 75% and punctate in 20.83% of the adenomas while patchy in 56.25% and peripheral in 25% of the malignant tumors.
