Zusammenfassung:"Vysniu Sodas-Der Kirschgarten," Kristian Smeds's remaking of Anton Chekhov's "The Cherry Orchard," directed by Smeds with a cast of Lithuanian actors and musicians, was presented as part of the Wiener Festwochen in Vienna, Austria in May 2011. The aggregate performance included an environmental staging of the first three acts at Simmering on the periphery of Vienna and a video installation and partly improvised fourth act in the Schauspielhaus Wien.
