Zusammenfassung: | The aim was to analyze genealoagy of young hypertensive patients. Young patients in the age of 20-39 with different stage of hypertension were chosen from population study carried out in Georgia using international standard methods of investigation (1978 persons). The condition of heath of first ranks relatives of proboands was observed. Prevalence of coronary heart diseases (CHD) among fathers of patients was 31, 7% and arterial hypertension (AH) – 21, 8%. Especially high was frequency of diseases among mothers of young hypertensive patients – 40, 6% AH. Incidence of stroke in fathers was - 16, 4% and 18, 6% in mothers. Fathers of 20-29 years old patients had died from heart attacks in 21% cases, mothers – 5, 2%. In the group of 30–39 years old fathers had died from heart attacks in 7,8% cases, from stroke – 12,5%, mothers had died from heart attacks in 12,7% cases, from stroke – 18,9%, that much excel the dates from control group.
