Zusammenfassung: | In America today, gender gaps exist in the sciences. Some, such as mathematics, have persisted over generations, while others such as biology have reversed. While the continued underrepresentation of women in the hard sciences is viewed by many as a problem worth devoting substantial public resources to solve, the overrepresentation of women in the medical sciences apparently is not. Hill and Rogers discuss creativity factor in gender gaps studies. |
