Zusammenfassung:Sher demonstrates a way to determine the validity of logical arguments with a minimal number of truth table lines. By pruning the truth tables, eliminating rows that are false, the pruning can be combined with an innovative method of truth table construction that is extensible. Using a method of ordering the rows and premisesis of truth tables, called extensible truth tables, creates opportunities for the teacher to more fully explain the meaning of truth tables.
