Esterase profile of O-phosphorylated ethyltrifluorolactates in prediction of their therapeutic and toxic effects

The purpose of this study was to develop a methodology for predicting therapeutic and toxic effects of cholinesterase inhibitors by analyzing their esterase profile using homologous O phosphorylated trifluorolactates (PFLs) as an example.
