Zusammenfassung:A study aimed at revealing the conditions under which the biosphere model can become instable, which can result in catastrophic changes in the Earth's biogeocenoses. Evaluation of maximum permissible intensity of forest cutting or planting at chosen parameters of a model may be obtained using indices of threshold impact on the biosphere calculated on the basis of the model suggested.
