Website news media Ayobandung.com user experience

One of the online news portal websites is Ayobandung.com. This online news media was originally under the auspices of PT Ayo Media Network along with 13 other online news portals, then turned into part of the PT Promedia Teknologi Indonesia ecosystem. To increase the convenience of readers and attract the attention of business relations and sustainability, changes are needed to its user interface. This research uses a design thinking approach, focusing on the empathy stage. In this research, collecting data will be done by using participatory observation of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method as a research instrument. The results of this research will be proceeded to the define stage.
