Zusammenfassung:The idea of sustainable workplace reflects a number of aspirations in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including gender equality (Goal 5), decent work (Goal 8), and partnership for the goals (Goal 17). Women Lead campaign, a collaboration between Indonesian feminist web magazine Magdalene and Investing in Women initiative by the Australian Government, is an example of such partnership. A part of the campaign was #KomikCeritaIndah (Comic of Indah's Story) webcomic series, published weekly on Magdalene's Instagram @magdaleneid. Using qualitative method, the authors investigated the application of visual storytelling theory to discover how the campaign's messages are delivered through digital content such as webcomic series. The research was conducted through literature study, observations, and in-depth interviews. The research later found that collaborative campaign content such as #KomikCeritaIndah was able to deliver key messages around equality and inclusivity at the workplace, while creating a sustainable work culture in order to achieve the SDGs.
