Zusammenfassung: | Nanotechnology in biomedicine has the potential to deliver therapeutic medicines to specific cells. This method not only allows for a targeted treatment but it also protects the surrounding healthy cells. Non-parenteral routes, on the other hand, have advantages over parenteral routes, such as a needleless process and higher patient compliance. The route of administration of a medication has a direct impact on drug bioavailability, which dictates the pharmacological effect's onset and durability. Many factors can influence the path of administration you choose. We have given an outline of non-parenteral nanomaterial delivery in this chapter. The emphasis was on innovations with the greatest medicinal and commercial potential. |
