Zusammenfassung:Engineered nanoparticles for the cargo of therapeutic purposes to target cells engaged in pathophysiological processes appear to provide a powerful method for overcoming medication constraints. In this view, we reveal the synergistic potential between medicinal chemistry and nanomedicine to use the "targeted concept" in developing efficient nanotherapeutics and the obstacles and limits in pursuit of their clinical translation, particularly toward precision medicine. This chapter discusses innovative designs of nanoparticles that, on incorporating, can improve accurate treatment, both for non-personalized and precise applications. We focus on progress in the design of nanoparticles to overcome heterogeneous delivery obstacles and argue that the intelligent design of nanoparticles can improve efficiency in general delivery applications and allow for customization of designs for precise applications, thus ultimately improving patient consequences. They can be designed to have varied physical and chemical characteristics that impact their interactions and delivery destinations with their natural surroundings. This chapter discusses the transport of nanoparticles and how disease biology should affect their design, and it also offers a framework for the construction of optimum delivery systems using nanoparticles-biological interaction data and computing analysis to inform future nanomaterial designs and delivery techniques.
