Zusammenfassung: | High-end user experience is possible only with highspeed networks such as 6G. 6G wireless network systems provide an effective and high-quality service for applications such as healthcare, transport, entertainment, virtual reality(VR), smartcities, etc. Therefore, the telecommunication infrastructure should provide seamless ultra high data transmission rates that pose significant challenges based on demand. Blockchain technology and distributed ledger facilitate improving the standards of 6G and overcome the limitations faced in 6G. This chapter discusses the role of blockchain technology in 6G; applications of blockchain technology in real time; trends, challenges, and research directions for blockchain technology. The combination of 6G wireless networks and blockchain addresses the multiple network issues related to real-time applications. The proposed work is explained by a case study of the logistics supply chain. This chapter also highlights the benefits of a 6G network with blockchain technologies. |
