Zusammenfassung:The expansion of quantum computation initiated more researchers to possess an interest in hands-on experience within the exploration of the quantum blockchain (QB). The chapter tends to survey QB and presents its merits along with algorithms being used in the development of blockchain. The organization of this chapter includes a brief introduction of QB technology along with its attributes. Furthermore, we briefly review the classical blockchain including the vital technologies utilized in the blockchain. Specifically, the development of secure QB with Grover's Algorithm and Shor's Algorithm is discussed. The study also covers the aspects of blockchain security using QB. The process of quantum cryptography is also explored.
