Quality Agreement

This quality agreement is by and between Manufacturer/Supplier Name with office at ___________________ hereafter referred to as Supplier and Buyer company's name with office at __________________ hereafter referred to as (buyer company's name), whereas Manufacturer supplies Primary packaging materials such as glass bottles, vials, ampoules, rubber stoppers, and pre-filled syringe (whichever applies) suitable for pharmaceutical use for (company's name).
