Zusammenfassung:Some changes are easier to accept than others. Sustaining is the hardest part of any change. Well, it all starts with the change equation and a compelling need to change. One of the tools which can help change the culture is called SenseMaker, which is a form of distributed ethnography that helps the leader with situational awareness. The last step in the change equation is sustain, whereby we challenge the leadership to figure out how they are going to sustain in this new environment and manage all this change. In order to sustain, one has to ensure that the new systems get built into muscle memory and become part of the fabric of the organization.
