Particularly, the successful Lean transformation entails leaders' buy-in, passion, self-participation, drive, and unwavering commitment starting from the Lean preparation, setting up Lean model line, aligning and indoctrinating Lean principles, developing Lean talents, leader standard work, to sustaining Lean culture. Thereby, as long as the Lean model line has been equipped with Lean layouts and stations, it is crucial to start leader standard work. |
