The New Trends Technology of Entrepreneurship in the Incubators: A Case Study of Cyberpark Sidi Abdallah

In Algeria, various incubators across the country have been set up to develop and create SMEs and SMIs. The state has launched a national strategy for promoting and developing technology parks to offer project holders the necessary support, coaching, and facilities to ensure their projects' launch and continuity. This research paper aims to show the importance and role of incubators in accompanying graduates with projects until their companies create. We conducted a qualitative approach through an interview guide with 13 young graduates accompanied by the Cyberpark incubator of Sidi Abdellah in Algiers. It was noted that the young age and lack of practice in the field of the project leader presents a difficulty in the creation of a company; the Cyberpark incubator of Sidi Abdellah offers much more support in terms of training and advice, but it does not provide significant support to the incubated in terms of equipment and financing.
