Zusammenfassung: | This chapter outlines some basic steps to help the people lead an initial Workplace Covenant session and then use the covenants over time to improve ERTAP and meaningful partnership. It is organized primarily for managers, at any level, in any context, with any title, who want to initiate this process with the teams they lead. By adapting the advice provided to managers, this chapter also helps HR and third-party experts who support client groups and all others who want to begin a Workplace Covenant. First, a word on timing. Second, determine if there is help. In sum, periodically rating the ERTAP measures is a good way to track progress; it is itself a form of teambuilding; it fosters reflection, dialogue, and change; and it keeps the essential goal of improving meaningful partnership in everyone's sight. |
