Zusammenfassung:Empathy is a profound appreciation for the perspective of others, understanding their challenges, how they feel, and what is important to them. Empathy is fostered by deep listening, and includes the idea that the people can walk in each other's shoes and connect with their experience, in this case their experience at work. Respect includes valuing the person's role and what they contribute at work. Trust in the workplace implies high confidence in other people at work. Trust is not something that happens immediately, but rather is demonstrated and earned (and sometimes depleted or lost) over time through our words and deeds. Alignment implies cohesion, coordination, and vigorous team collaboration toward a common goal. Workplace Covenants and ERTAP can also positively affect the culture of an organization in several key ways.
