Zusammenfassung:Towards the end of the previous chapter, I noted that Kari Wilhelmsen, a participant of the Over the Edge project, viewed the project as a successful undertaking because of its inspirational effects. Wilhelmsen was also excited about the strategy document that resulted from the project, particularly a suggestion it contained for a vision statement for Linnfjell. Two suggestions for vision statements were put forward by the consultants in the Over the Edge project. One of these, ‘Agora Montana’, reflected Rune Pettersen’s interest in the theory of deliberative democracy, and played on the geographical location of Linnfjell and the notion of
