Zusammenfassung: | Mutations can be defined as permanent changes that may occur in a genetic sequence. The word mutation basically refers to changes affecting nucleic acid. A study conducted by Abdelrahman and Abdelwahab (2018) identified the class of genes responsible for lung cancer. For gene representation, a novel new technique has been proposed, i.e., AGLI, also known as accumulated gray level image method. It is used with 2DPCA for building an algorithm that eventually classifies genetic mutations. An integrated classification decision tree on micro RNAs, genes and their proteins is carried out by Dass et al. AThe datasets were obtained by a vast survey of literature from a PubMed module of NCBI. They were a combination of genomic, micro RNAs, and proteomic markers collectively. This classification technique affirms a way for arithmetical analysis of cancers based on learning of varying or unregulated biomolecules. |
