Zusammenfassung:This chapter explores the entrepreneurship in health care through the Innovation Flow. The Innovation Flow consists of four phases: Sensing, Visioning, Prototyping and Scaling. The hallmark of the creative artist is to create something that did not exist before, perhaps a painting, a sculpture or an idea. This generative capacity is not limited to artists: entrepreneurs and corporations conceive and create new products, services and platforms that did not previously exist. Innovation combines the concept for a new product, service or business and the team behind it, led by a powerful leader. These major elements begin by the genesis of an innovative concept and describing it. The chapter explores entrepreneurship, one might consider what unique challenges digital solutions present within the health care industry. The health care industry faces challenges that at times feel insurmountable because of their complexity. The Innovation Flow is an approach to tackling those challenges that are difficult to solve.
