Zusammenfassung:To highlight the rationale for organizational resilience management, the following case study is an example of a successful implementation of the ANSI/ASIS SPC.1-2009. The case study is based on material obtained from an article in Security Management Magazine and from an exchange of emails with Johan Du Plooy, senior partner, Temi Group (South Africa). Through this combination of sources, this example of a real-life exercise in implementation is presented to help illustrate the challenges associated with implementing ANSI/ASIS SPC.1-2009.
