The Implementation Phase

The objective of the Implementation Phase is to ensure that the proposals that were approved under the Recommendation Phase are translated into action in a timely manner in order for the organization to achieve the expected results. Applying VA/VE to produce creative solutions to problems is the beginning of the change-management process, and management then needs to execute the plan to achieve its objectives.
