Zusammenfassung: | The subtools for the dragon have a lot of polygons in them, too many, to safely merge together without crashing ZBrush. We can use the Decimation Master plug-in to reduce the size of subtools though, and merge them together afterwards. First we should save a backup of our ZBrush tool using Tool. Save As just in case ZBrush crashes during this operation. Now open Zplugin. Decimation Master and click on the Pre-process Current button. This performs the calculations for optimizing our polygon model. While Decimation Master shouldn't destroy our color paint job, sometimes ZBrush can glitch or yield unpredictable results and it is just better to play it safe. With that in mind the author going to create UVs for my tongue and create a color texture map just in case. Use the transpose move, scale, and rotate brushes to adjust our subtools to fit together properly and position them where you want them in relation to each other. |
