Zusammenfassung: | This chapter discusses the budget, time, and resources that the organization needs to implement the professional development objectives to set for the organization, employees, and volunteers. The goal‐setting portion of the talent development platform determines the hours, time frame, and costs one needs to budget for implementing the talent development platform. The budget for the volunteer‐run organization is based on the number of hours needed from each board member. The midsized organization has eleven employees, making its budget a bit higher monetarily, but the executive director and her leadership team were able to share the work. The grantmaking organization did budget for time spent both on planning and implementing the talent development platform. The organization's budget was structured similarly to that of the small grassroots organization, despite the difference in salaries. The chapter also provides suggestions and strategies to overcome barriers during implementation. |
