Zusammenfassung:This chapter highlights what one has to do in the next year to take the first steps in one's DDHO journey. This very pragmatic approach leaves one with a tangible set of steps to be taken soon. For an organization to become data‐driven organization, it is important to ensure that whoever is going to run the organization must have the full support of the leadership of the organization. That means the willingness to remove obstacles and to sign checks. It is important to mention that regulatory reporting is different from what one is working. Those requirements are not mandated by one; therefore, they should be managed as a separate group. It makes sense organizationally to have that function report up through the business intelligence (BI) leader since he or she will be using the same data. Thus, the hard work is in front. The industry still has a lot of maturing to do. However, data can change everything; it has changed everything, and it will do it again. It is one's job now to help guide that change in the most innovative and responsible way possible.
