Zusammenfassung:Industry 4.0, which is a global technology revolution, has drastically revolutionized industries around the world, with a particular emphasis on technical innovation and automation. Sustainability and equitable growth have emerged as critical goals in the healthcare service sector. These goals seek to reduce costs, alleviate environmental problems, and defend infrastructure against impending dangers like as pandemics and climate change. However, the current trajectory prioritizes technological improvements, and automation, especially cyber-physical systems (CPS), frequently at the exclusion of the human factor. Recognizing the need for a more human-centric strategy, numerous countries have begun to shift towards Industry 5.0, often known as "human/value-oriented Industry 4.0." This global viewpoint moves the emphasis to supporting increasing wealth, higher output, and promoting responsible consumption in order to produce better and more sustainable results. Leveraging intelligent AI-driven smart devices, Industry 5.0 aims to provide eco-friendly technologies, sustainable manufacturing practices, effective green management, weather forecasting, as well as climate change awareness. Industry 5.0 seeks primarily to improve productivity, and efficiency, and satisfy the expectations of social transformations, including well-being, while leading the way in digital as well as eco-friendly solutions. This article investigates the impact of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 on economic as well as societal growth, with a focus on the long-term development of healthcare. The primary concept of Industry 5.0 is to ensure employee well-being and to improve humanity's quality of life while respecting the Earth's production limits, thus integrating industry and wealth with ecological sustainability.
