Zusammenfassung: | On April 2, 2021, Bhargavi Jansari, Senior Operations and HR Manager of Oxygen Healthcare Research Discovery Pvt. Ltd. (o2h discovery), was to decide whether to continue or discontinue the practice of talent retention in the organisation. Despite the retention efforts of giving employees what they expected, employees still left the company. The o2h group, in its endeavour, had initiated new ideas in science, technology, and social enterprise. The group worked across boundaries by taking a collaborative and shared approach to innovation. They focused on foreign companies as clients and together invested, created, and executed the process of manifesting ideas to life. The company was managed by team leaders, starting with the founders, who were directly involved with the senior managers and scientists. Bhargavi a Senior Operations Manager, was entrusted by the top management to look after the affairs of the company. |
