Zusammenfassung:Inviting conversations with students that require the level of intimacy needed to heal through story requires a great deal of trust. Paper menus weren't available either. For instance, as students enter a literacy-related assembly or celebration, observe how they interact with one another, how teachers interact with students, how teachers interact with each other, and how the principal interacts with students and teachers. Think of all the stories that draw a direct line to your students' hearts in this way. Recognizing that these are just my suggestions, watch as your students read, and listen in on their responses.
