Zusammenfassung: | This chapter provides a comprehensive list of the modules and functions in the GGEbiplot software. It describes three main groups of functions: experimental design and data analysis, and editing a COOL database, and extracting data from the database. The “Data” procedures in GGEbiplot provide many user‐friendly functions to manipulate the two‐way table currently displayed in the biplot. The procedures under the “4‐Way” function group are designed for rearranging a three‐way or four‐way dataset read from a data file into various two‐way tables. The chapter discusses model selection for generating a biplot, options for visualizing a biplot and changing the appearance of the biplot. The functions under the “View” function group show/hide the whole or part of the labels of the entries or testers to improve the clarity and readability of the biplot. The chapter also describes the two ways to obtain an image output under the “File” function group. |
