Zusammenfassung: | The three isomers of 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxycyclohexyl) propane, and its major impurities were separated by high performance liquid chromatography. Isolated components were identified by mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, and infrared spectroscopy. Preparative liquid chromatography effected the purification of 18g of pure 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxycyclohexyl) propane in 30 minutes. |
