Zusammenfassung:Heteroepitaxial (Ba, Sr)TiO3 films are obtained on MgO crystals cut by RF sputtering. An altering of the film growth mechanism by means of a three dimensional nucleation in the mechanism of monolayer growth in dependence of the deposition conditions is proved to be possible. A change of the film structure at the ferroelectric phase transition temperature is observed. The peculiarities of film domain configurations are described. [Russian Text Ignored].
