Zusammenfassung: | Robbins and Fredendall discuss a study designed to assess the influence of variables on perceived team success, on team member motivation and satisfaction, and on equity of team member contributions. Participants were upper-class undergraduate students at a southeaster US university. The results suggest that many of the variables that have been associated with high-performing teams in industry and other environments are associated with the success of teams in an education setting. |
