'Marteena', a new genus for the cicada 'Tibicen rubricinctus' Goding and Froggatt (Homoptera: Tibicinidae)

'Marteena' gen. n. is a monotypic genus erected for the Australian species 'Tibicen rubricinctus' Goding and Froggatt. A redescription of this species is given and its relationships discussed.
