Zusammenfassung: | The Invar alloy Fe0.50Ni0.35Mn0.15 exhibits a reentrant ferromagnetic behavior, with a Curie temperature of 208 K and a spin glass freezing temperature of 59 K, as determined from ac susceptibility measurements. Its specific heat has been measured in the temperature range 5 to 110 K. The large linear term found at low temperature is shown to be caused mainly by magnetic low energy excitations associated with the spin glass state. This magnetic contribution presents a flat maximum in the vicinity of 100 K. |
