Zusammenfassung:The 15N chemical shifts and 15N,1H coupling constants of wyosine (Y‐nucleoside) triacetate were obtained through both fully proton‐coupled and selectively decoupled 15N NMR spectra at natural isotopic abundance, using modified INEPT pulse sequences. The spectra were analysed for 2J, 3J and 4J(NH) values. The results were compared with those for the parent compounds.
