Zusammenfassung:Nanosecond laser pulsed radiation effect on the electrochromic properties of amorphous WO3 films in the fundamental absorption band is studied. Laser irradiation of the films in a certain energy density range results in an increase in the film response speed and durability and permits a uniform modification of the film material. The improved properties are associated with changes in the near‐surface region of the film due to changing conditions for the charge transfer at the film‐electrolyte interface. Based on a thermal model, the problem of melting and vaporization of the film under pulsed laser irradiation is solved. The calculation results agree with the experimental findings of the formation of microrelief developed on the film surface. [Russian Text Ignored].
