Zusammenfassung:It is shown that a relativistic wave equation with a scalar coupling correctly describes the Dirac oscillator in the sense that in the nonrelativistic limit this results in the Schrödinger equation for the harmonic oscillator with an extra σ⋅r̂ term. It is demonstrated that this equation has built‐in supersymmetry, and that it guarantees the stability of the Dirac vacuum.
